Centered on Peace Studies, Reconciliation Studies, and Healing Studies, the Center is an interdisciplinary research institution that studies justice, human rights, and memory politics; Integral Peace; cosmopolitanism; and East Asia and the global order.

By analyzing the structures of historical violence and collective trauma and reinterpreting the case of the Korean Peninsula in global comparative perspective, we aim to build universal models of peace, reconciliation, and healing.
